Her strengths lies in training, mobilization, and documentation, contributing significantly to community health awareness.

Smt. Premshila Mishra
Vice Chairperson
Premshila Mishra, a dedicated social worker with an Intermediate education, has been the Vice Chairperson since 5th March, 2009. With a strong background in food processing, she brings hands-on experience in rural livelihood promotion. Her community engagement and leadership support the organization's outreach and women-centric development initiatives.

Sri Pramod Kumar Verma
Secretary
Pramod Kumar Verma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in anti-trafficking and has been serving as the Secretary since 5th March,2009. Specializing in anti-human trafficking efforts, he leads training and advocacy initiatives. His deep commitment to social justice drives the organization’s mission to protect vulnerable individuals and promote human rights.

Ms. Jyoti Singh
Treasurer
Jyoti Singh, with a Master’s in Rural Development, has been serving as the Treasurer since 10th March,2021. She plays a key role in proposal development, program monitoring, and financial oversight. With expertise in project implementation and documentation, she ensures transparency and effectiveness in organizational operations.
Sri Tribhuwan Sharma
Member
Tribhuwan Sharma, a graduate and expert resource person in child protection, joined the organization on 10th March, 20221. He contributes actively to community mobilization, training and capacity building, and policy development. His focus on child protection ensures the organization's child-centric approach remains strong and impactful.

Babita Kashyap, a graduate and committed social worker, has been an active member since 4th May,2020. She focuses on the agriculture sector and training programs, helping to empower rural communities through sustainable agricultural practices and skill-building.

Sri Pijush Sengupta is a committed social worker in, Jharkhand, known for his unwavering dedication to child rights and community welfare. He focused on protecting vulnerable children and advocating for their rights through various outreach and rehabilitation programs.
