Through the initiative of "Jan Sahbhagi Vikas Kendra" and Head Held High Foundation batch wise Skill development training is being provided to empower young boys and girls by enhancing their employability and self-reliance. It also equips them with practical, job-oriented skills such as communication, digital literacy, entrepreneurship and vocational trades. Through such training, youth gain the confidence and competence needed to pursue meaningful livelihoods, start small businesses, or secure employment in various sectors. Moreover, these programs are promoting gender equality by encouraging girls’ participation in non-traditional trades and fostering inclusive economic growth.
