Our NGO has empowered over 2500 women in Pandra, Jharkhand, through various livelihood initiatives. We provided training in garment stitching, bag making, and dress designing to help women gain income-generating skills. These programs have enabled many to start their own businesses or join local production units. Women have become more confident, self-reliant, and financially stable. This initiative continues to uplift marginalized women and promote sustainable development in the region.
